Information Prompt Response handles

Prompt Response stores prompt templates, categories, field values, AI-engine preferences, theme preferences, and other application settings locally on your Windows device. XION Technologies LLC does not receive this information.

Clipboard and file access

When you choose Copy or Run, Prompt Response places the completed prompt on the Windows clipboard so you can paste it where you choose. The application does not monitor your clipboard or transmit clipboard contents to XION Technologies LLC.

Import features read only the file you select. Imported prompt libraries are processed and stored locally. Prompt Response does not upload imported files.

Third-party AI services

When you choose Run, Prompt Response can open the selected AI service in your default web browser. Prompt Response copies your completed prompt to the clipboard, but it does not automatically submit that prompt to the service. You decide whether to paste and submit it.

Any information you provide to an AI service or other website is governed by that service's own privacy policy and terms. Prompt Response is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third-party services.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Prompt Response does not include advertising, analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling. The application does not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Your prompt library and settings remain on your device until you edit or delete them. You can remove individual prompts within the application. Application data can also be removed through Windows when uninstalling or resetting the app, subject to Windows' normal application-data behavior.

Children's privacy

Prompt Response is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because XION Technologies LLC does not collect information through the application, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If Prompt Response's data practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will be revised.
